Our Process

We need a clear understanding of your space, the project scope, and your desired layout. You can email us architectural drawings or rough sketches that include dimensions and specifications.
Additionally, photos of the existing space and a mood board are invaluable in helping us visualize your project and understand the look and feel you want to achieve.
Based on this information, we will prepare a comprehensive pricing proposal outlining the project scope, a detailed cost breakdown, the work to be performed, specifications and contract terms.

Once we receive your signed quote and design fee, we will schedule an on-site meeting to confirm dimensions and collaborate with you to finalize the design details.
Following this meeting, we will create a detailed set of shop drawings, including precise measurements and material specifications, for your review and approval.

Once the shop drawings are approved and the contract is signed, we proceed with purchasing materials and beginning fabrication.
All cabinet components are precisely cut to order using a CNC router to ensure accuracy and quality.
The payment plan outlined in the contract provides a clear schedule, detailing when each payment is due and how it aligns with the key phases of production: Design, Fabrication, and Installation.

All of our custom cabinets are fully assembled in our shop prior to delivery, ensuring quality and precision

Once production is complete, we will notify you that we are ready to deliver and install. Your custom journey with us is now entering its final stage. All installations are carried out by our skilled in-house team.
Lead times are calculated from the date the first payment is received and are subject to our current workshop capacity and project scale at the time of order.
